The Billing contact will be sent invoices for new domain name registrations, re-registrations, renewals, and transfers (which involves an automatic one-year renewal). In other words, the Billing contact is responsible for payment for all billable transactions for a particular domain name.

The Billing Contact ID represents the biographical details of the Billing contact.
