In order to register a domain name through Nic AG, you must certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions of Nic AG's Registration Agreement, as well as any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by Nic AG from time to time.  If you do not so certify, you will not be able to register a domain name through Nic AG.
