Forwarding emails involves two separate steps. First, you will need to change the DNS for the domain name that you wish to forward emails, to the nameservers that will handle the email forwarding service. You can obtain the new nameserver information from your ISP or forwarding service provider. Secondly, your email forwarding service provider must then make the necessary entries in their forwarding nameserver mapping your current email server to the new forwarded email server(s).
