Yes, we do, but only if the cancellation of a service occurs within the relevant Grace Period. For example, if you cancel a new registration within the 5 days Registration Grace period, you will be refunded the amount that you paid for the domain name registration. If you cancel a renewal within the 45 days Renewal Grace Period, you will be refunded the renewal fees paid.

If cancellations of any billable transaction or services occurs AFTER the applicable Grace Period, then there is no refund.
